IT Support / Sales Administration – Sydney
Our client is a leading Business Software and IT Consulting company. This is an entry level position and your primary role will be in assisting with proposals and putting together hardware and IT solutions for our clients. Your secondary role will be to assist the IT Help Desk team.
This is an ideal role for an IT pre-sales person or a recent IT graduate with good hardware and software skills.
You will be doing needs analysis for our clients starting with a simple hardware solution to a medium size network infrastructure and liaising with our various vendors and distributors in procuring the relevant products.
Skills and qualifications required:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
* Must have an IT degree with emphasis on Microsoft products
* Good knowledge of general hardware and software products
* Good analytical and problem solving skills
* Keen interest and passion in IT; and a
* Disciplined, organised, punctual and caring attitude.
