ERP Helpdesk Coordinator – Sydney

Our client is a Mid Tier ERP Consulting, Support and Development company and they are currently looking for an ERP Helpdesk Coordinator to join their team

The job will involve the following tasks and responsilibities:

  • To provide timely and effective level 1 support to clients (telephone, email and internet based)
  • Complete and accurate record fo all helpdesk calls in the support database
  • Regular updates of outstanding calls
  • Effective communication with all internal staff, clients and suppliers
  • Assist other members of staff where skills are appropriate
  • Helpdesk and Licensing administration work
  • The following skills and experience are desired for this role:

  • Tertiary Accounting/IT degree (graduate) and/or sound understanding of business processes
  • Ideally 1 – 2 years in an Accounting Software support or consulting roles, Graduates will be considered.
  • Good understanding of business processes
  • Good IT knowledge, must have knowledge of SQL databases and SQL scripting
  • Have excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Will be able to on their own and as part of a team
  • Have a strong customer service focus
  • Have a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Solid attention to detail
  • Of course you will need strong interpersonal skills to work in this role with a proactive attitude, strong self initiative, excellent problem solving skills, and the ability to learn and self educate.
