Technical Support Consultant – ERP
Our client is a leading Sydney based ERP Consulting, Support and Development company and they are currently looking for a Technical Support Consultant to join their team.
Responsibilities will include:
• Commitment to the Support Service Level Agreement
• Timely and effective resolution of technical support issues (mainly telephone & email)
• Complete & accurate record of all support calls in the support database
• Effective communication with all internal staff, clients and suppliers
• Contribution to the Knowledge Database
Desired Skills:
• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science/IT including basic SQL knowledge
• Good understanding of accounting concepts and business processes
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft products
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must show attention to detail
• Strong customer service attitude
• Well organised and efficient
