Support Consultant – Virus Software

Our client is a world leader in providing solutions and tool to counteract the effects of Software Virus’.

They are currently looking for support consultants to provide advice and support to their clients around the world. You be considered for this role, you will possess the following skillset:

  • 2-4 years previous helpdesk experience;
  • Strong problem solving skills;
  • A calm and attentive manner;
  • The ability to speak an asian language is highly regarded;
  • Previous Anti Virus software experience a big plus.

You must be able to talk calmly and work with highly stressed clients who have critical issues.
