Pre-Sales Systems Engineer
The Systems Engineer will focus on providing technical sales support to the Central sales team. This includes providing expert consulting in analyzing a client’s requirements, recommending company product solutions, implementing those solutions, optimizing performance and training customers. Estimated travel up to 60%.
Required Skills:
• Primary requirement is strong pre-sales background in the Windows NT/Unix storage management environment.
• Windows and/or Unix administration expertise is required.
• Strong customer relations skills
• Strong written, oral and presentational skills
Technical experience in the following areas is a plus:
• Customer training
• MS Exchange and Notes
• UNIX systems administration
• NAS / SAN
Project management experience in solution development, system implementation and consulting is a plus.
