Professional Services Manager

Our client has a requirement for a Professional Services Manager to join and lead a team of 12-20 technical staff in the Northern Suburbs of Sydney.
In this role, our succesful applicant will be responsible for:
* Managing 12-20 staff including programmers, consultants, project managers and support staff;
* Managing clients expectations;
* Motivating and driving the staff;
* Ensuring all projects are running smoothly and staffed appropriately; and
* Ensuring the company is even more customer service focused than it already is.
Our ideal applicant will posses:
* A track record in Services Management;
* Ideally a background in ERP consulting, though other IT services company backgrounds will be considered;
* Experience in a small to medium sized IT Consulting company; and
* Possess the ability to motivate and drive and obtain the best out of their staff.
